Stop taking bath with warm water.

Because of cold weather, many people take bath with warm water especially in the morning. Stop doing that from now. It is not good for your body health. It can be done sometimes when you have been very tired at night. It can relief your stress and solve your insomnia problem.

While you need to start doing tour activity in the morning, it is not recommended using warm water. There are some negative effects that you get; it enlarges your skin pores and for man, it decreases the quality of sperm. In addition, it causes headache because of the morning cold weather. It also changes the body blood pressure that causes headache. Therefore, avoid doing that and take a bath using cold or plain water. There are some advantages you can take by doing that:

Shower with cold or plain water make your blood circulation move towards your body organs while the warm water moves towards your skin. Good blood circulation can protect our body from many diseases like high blood pressure, artery disorders, and varicose veins.

  1. To make your skin lighter and look younger.

Taking bath with cold or plain water can narrow and close skin pores so that it protects your skin from being dirty. Reduce the risk of swollen blood vessels that causes the black hole around your eyes.

  1. To make your hair healthy

Cold or plain water can cover your scalp so that it can make your hair stronger and prevent something dirty come through your hair. It also prevents hair fall and slow the growth of white hair.

  1. To keep your spirit in the morning
